Ian and Becky Jefferies are committed Christians and play an active part in the body of Christ both here in France and further afield in the UK and eastern Europe, offering pastoral support, encouragement, hospitality and Christian love.

Their Christian background is rooted in the Free Churches but they welcome all Christian denominations to join them at Otium Sanctus.

During the low season we offer the Retreat and cottages, free of charge, to Christian missionaries serving our Lord overseas. Subject to certain terms and conditions. Please contact us directly for further details on this offer or to offer support for this aspect of our work.

There is a local Christian fellowship who meet on Sunday morning at 10 am who are only a 20 km drive from Otium Sanctus. There are several English speaking brothers and sisters within the congregation. There is also an afternoon service in English held on the second Sunday of every month.
